Tartatin, what is it?

Tartatin Translations’ name is based on a sweet symbol of the French cuisine: the tarte Tatin, a pie made with caramelized apples. Its specificity? Well, it comes upside-down. And this is exactly our idea of a good translation: changing the shape of a text while keeping its essence and qualities. And applying a special French touch to it! 😉
